Storm damage claims
Roof claims, explained by former adjusters
We document your damage the way an adjuster would, so your insurance company sees all of it.
Book free inspectionHow it works
From storm to new roof in four steps
Inspect
We get on the roof. Free.
Every slope walked and photographed. You get a straight answer: repair, replace, or nothing needed.
Document
A report your adjuster can use
Photos of every damaged area plus a line-item estimate. You file the claim with your insurance company; we make sure the damage is on paper.

Meet
We're there when the adjuster is
We meet your insurance adjuster on the roof and walk them through the damage we documented, so nothing gets missed.
Install
New roof, usually in one day
Permit pulled, dumpster on site, Owens Corning or GAF system installed by the owners, yard swept with a magnet. You pay your deductible.

What we do and don't do
We do
- Inspect and photograph every slope
- Write a detailed line-item estimate
- Meet your adjuster at the property
- Install the roof your claim approves
We don't
- Waive, pay or rebate your deductible
- Interpret your policy or file on your behalf
- Pressure you to sign anything at the door
The consumer is responsible for payment of any insurance deductible. It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree for a contractor to knowingly or willfully, and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, pay, waive, or rebate all or part of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the contractor for repairs to a property covered by a property insurance policy. It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree to intentionally file an insurance claim containing any false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Claim questions
Yes. We get on the roof, photograph every slope and tell you exactly what you have. No cost, no commitment. If there is no damage, we will tell you that too.
A storm is a weather event, not something you caused, and that is what homeowners coverage is for. Every policy is different, so check the specifics with your agent. Do not skip the inspection out of fear of what it might find.
Under current Florida law, a new property claim generally has to be filed within one year of the date of loss. Do not wait on a storm-damaged roof. Get it inspected, then call your insurance company.
If your claim is approved, you are responsible for your deductible. We never waive or rebate a deductible; that is against Florida law.
